The Regional Communication Advocacy Support Team (RCAST) play an important role in documenting and communicating the implementation, progress, results, and impacts of the MIADP at the regional level. as field-based communication partner, RCAST members are among the first to capture activities, community experiences, and infrastructure progress, and stories from the ground.
