IPO Organizational Development Assessment Workshop

The IPO Organizational Development Assessment Workshop is designed to assess the organizational capacity and institutional maturity of Indigenous Peoples Organizations (IPOs) supported under the Mindanao Inclusive Agriculture Development Project (MIADP). The activity will provide a structured venue for evaluating organizational performance in key areas such as governance and leadership, strategic planning, financial management, operations, membership participation, and sustainability. Through participatory assessment tools, workshops, and group discussions, participants will identify organizational strengths, challenges, and priority areas for improvement. The workshop will also facilitate the development of organizational strengthening plans and recommended capacity development interventions to enhance the effectiveness, accountability, and long-term sustainability of IPOs in implementing development initiatives and managing enterprise subprojects within their ancestral domains.
