IPO ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT WORKSHOP

The workshop aims to strengthen the organizational and operational capacity of participating Indigenous Peoples Organizations (IPOs) by assessing their existing organizational systems and developing an Enterprise Operations Manual (EOM) that institutionalizes standardized policies, procedures, roles, responsibilities, and operational systems for the effective, efficient, transparent, and sustainable management of their enterprises.
