IPS Organizational Development Assessment Workshop

The IPs Organizational Development Assessment Workshop aims to assess the organizational capacities, governance systems, and development needs of Indigenous Peoples Structures (IPSs) within MIADP-covered ancestral domains. The activity will facilitate the identification of strengths, gaps, and priority areas for improvement to support the formulation of organizational strengthening plans and capacity development interventions that enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of IPSs in ancestral domain governance and development.
