Consultative Meeting/ For with the IPOs

This activity serves as a participatory platform for engaging Indigenous Peoples Organizations (IPOs) in meaningful dialogue to gather insights, concerns, and recommendations related to their development priorities and enterprise initiatives. The consultative meeting/forum aims to ensure that project planning and implementation are community-driven, culturally appropriate, and aligned with the IPO’s aspirations. It fosters mutual understanding between implementing partners and IP communities, encourages collective decision-making, and strengthens trust and collaboration. The outcomes of this consultation will serve as the foundation for planning responsive programs and projects that are inclusive, sustainable, and respectful of indigenous knowledge and governance systems.
