In particular, the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation (PME) Unit under Component 4 will provide a clear guide for stakeholders to operationalize a Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBME) System which is vital in program management and reaching the set project development objectives. This activity will equip the RPCO and LPMIU with MIADP RBME System and RBME Monitoring tools.
