External Grievance: This includes complaints related to subproject performance, contractors, suppliers, or any issues involving land acquisition, project quality, procurement, enterprise operations, consultations, and matters related to corruption, fraud, or gender-based violence (GBV), sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), and sexual harassment (SH).
Internal Grievance: This covers complaints regarding workplace issues, disputes, work conditions, conflicts, management, personnel, policy violations, or any cases related to corruption or GBV/SEA/SH involving the project team or staff.
