Business Plan and Financial Analysis Formulation Workshop

This workshop aims to equip the Indigenous Peoples Organization (IPO) with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop a comprehensive business plan and conduct basic financial analysis for their enterprise initiatives. The activity will guide participants through each component of a business plan—from defining the business concept to planning operations, marketing, and financials. Emphasis will be placed on culturally appropriate and sustainable enterprise development. The financial analysis component will cover simple tools for estimating costs, projecting revenues, and evaluating profitability, enabling IPOs to make informed and strategic decisions for the viability of their business endeavors.
