The primary objectives of this activity are to clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Local Project Management and Implementation Unit (LPMIU), Project Implementation Team (PIT), contractors, and beneficiaries during subproject implementation; and strengthen monitoring and supervision by establishing clear guidelines for quality, timelines, and community engagement to enhance coordination, quality control, and overall accountability in project execution.
