PSO-RPCO Coordination Meeting/Workshop and Year-end Assessment

The PSO-RPCO Coordination Meeting/Workshop and Year-End Assessment is a comprehensive five-day program designed to strengthen collaboration and evaluate the progress of the Mindanao Inclusive Agriculture Development Project (MIADP) across both PSO and RPCO teams. The first three days will focus on strategic discussions, updates, and planning for improved project implementation. The final two days are dedicated to the PSO year-end assessment, where key achievements, lessons learned, and areas for improvement will be reviewed to guide future activities and enhance overall project impact.
