Material Testing and Quality Control Training (MTQC) is proposed to prepare the PSOs, RPCOs and LGUs in ensuring quality subprojects during construction.
The activity design for the main event is a mini RPAB meeting focusing on the technical considerations of Sub-Projects that are due for deliberation and approval at the level of the RPAB. This may include new SP types such as bridges and the like that will pass the WB for review.
