To capacitate partners on the subproject procurement process, the Department of Agriculture – Mindanao Inclusive Agriculture Development Project (DA-MIADP), through the Procurement Unit, spearheads a training and harmonization on World Bank (WB) procurement regulations on May 7-9, 2025 in Butuan City.
Together with the Project Support Office (PSO), this activity aims to harmonize and capacitate the members of the Local Project Management and Implementing Unit (LPMIU), specially the members of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), and the Technical Working Group (TWG) of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Rosario, Agusan del Sur.
The training also serves as a crucial preparatory step for the procurement or bidding of the Improvement/Concreting of NRJ Purok Ocite to Bahi Farm-to-Market Road (FMR) subproject—one of the priority infrastructure of the Manobo IPs/ICCs funded by the project.
